Services are exchangeable but not refundable
When you purchase a course of treatments, you will receive a special reduced rate. Because of this discount, the payment is to be made at the beginning of your course. Unfortunately, these courses are not refundable. However, A Spa Above will be happy to honor the outstanding amount in the form of a gift voucher exchangeable for goods or services within a time frame of three months.
